2021 EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT : NEXANS IVORY COAST and IECD

Support for the IECD's "Seed of Hope" programme

A standing ovation for NEXANS COTE D'IVOIRE, which donated cables and organised educational factory visits, with the support of its Managing Director, Mr. Antey. The construction cables were provided to the 5 training centres for the renovation of some workshops and/or as material for practical work.

For the factory visits, NEXANS, thanks to its HR Director, Mr. Désiré FANGMAN, was able to offer two company visits. The first one, intended for the 3rd year CAP trainees of the Centre for Advanced Training

for mechanical and electrical trades (CPMME), took place on 16 April 2021. The 29 trainees visited the facilities and were able to learn about NEXANS' core business: the manufacture of electrical cables. Six teachers from the same centre, accompanied by 3 from the CPME, visited the site on 23 April, again with Mr Soro Zié.
