ACTEURS

The ACTEURS project aims to demonstrate that there is a solution: to set up single multi-purpose operators that meet the demand for electricity in all its diversity through a complete range of quality services and a global management system.

The ACTEURS project aims to demonstrate that the model is useful, viable and generalizable.

The objective is first of all to demonstrate the merits of this innovative model, to know its limits and the key success factors for its implementation with a view to scaling up the model.

To enable the inhabitants of a rural locality (Kouramangui, Guinea), regardless of their location and income, to have access to an electricity service at a rate accessible via a local multi-service operator, capable of providing an adapted solution and accompanying the evolution of demand thanks to a global management system.

Promote an alternative vision of rural electrification, based on a decompartmentalized model for the management and distribution of off-grid solutions".
